The Masters 2026 Top Players, Profiles, Stats And Odds
It’s Masters week, and the top players are drawing more watch and wager action. I provide player profiles and The Masters 2026 top golfers and others including stats, odds and information you can bet on in my top golfers preview at Off Shore Gaming Association.
The 90th Masters Tournament has an invitational field of 91 golfers with a $22.5 million prize pool and $4.5 million to the winner. I’ll be adding another The Masters 2026 preview with picks and additional information you can bet on. Tournament matchups are 11-3 this year posting at Vegas Sports Zone and OSGA for Signature Events, Majors and FedExCup Playoffs ahead. Our most recent picks and winner was at The Players Championship. Ludvig Aberg won for us on tournament matchup, top finish position but blew the outright win with a 3-shot lead into Sunday and 2 shot lead on the back nine before imploding.
That’s golf, and some of the hazards and rough of betting outrights. Ludvig Aberg is a strong challenger again at The Masters 2026 event, and one of my tournament matchup picks. But again there are far more consistent ways to profit than outrights. Follow along as we add tournament matchups, select props and more with a bigger betting menu for the first major championship and The Masters 2026 event.
I’ll be adding more in my initial post and picks at OSGA. Additional player profiles will be added below on Thursday, but review some top players below and check out more at OSGA.

Top Players And Profiles at The Masters 2026
Rory McIlroy (+1400) – Last year’s memorable and emotional playoff win at The Masters secured McIlroy’s place in golf history having completed the career grand slam. The 36-year-old Irishman finished T2 at The Genesis Invitational Signature Event but WD from the Arnold Palmer Invitational and T46 at The Players Championship with current form lacking. Add in the media obligations, multiple documentaries, hosting the champions dinner and a lingering back injury and Rory’s not my pick this year after I cashed in on his 2025 Masters win and matchups. Still, in 14 rounds this year with strokes gained data available, Rory ranks No. 1 in SG: Off-the-Tee and Tee-to-Green, No. 2 in Approach and No. 4 in SG: Total on Tour and top 10 in Par 4 scoring. Augusta scoring average: 71.45 across 17 Masters with 10 rounds over par since 2018 that includes a win, runner-up and two other top 5 finishes.
Jon Rahm (+1100) – Now the second favorite with his strong recent play on LIV and proven Masters performances. The 31-year-old Spaniard won The Masters in 2023 and had four consecutive top 10’s at Augusta starting in 2018. He’s the only European player to win both the Masters and US Open, and now enters in top form having finished 2-2-1-5-2nd in his last five tournaments on LIV Golf having lost in a playoff in South Africa to Bryson DeChambeau at The Club at Steyn City playing on bermuda greens like Augusta National. Augusta scoring average: 71.00 with four rounds over par in his last three apperances.
Ludvig Aberg (+1800) – The sensational Swede is really rounding into top form having T3 last month at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and then led The Players Championship by 3-shots into the final round as our pre-tourney pick, and 2-shots into the back nine before falling apart to finish T5. He couldn’t close again with a chance to win the Valero Texas Open last week and finished T5. In two Masters starts, the 26-year-old has finished 2nd and then last year was 10-under par and just 1-shot behind the leader at #17 on Sunday before faltering again losing 4-shots over the final two holes to finish T7. His distance combined with elite iron play and high ball flight into the greens makes him a solid fit at Augusta. Over the past two years, Åberg has gained an average of 1.77 strokes per round (min. 16 rounds) on long courses, against strong fields and under difficult scoring conditions to rank top 5 in this field behind Scheffler, DeChambeau, Schauffele and McIlroy and just ahead of Rahm and Fleetwood. Aberg’s putting has been the weakest part of his game this year ranking No. 54 on Tour. But he’s top 10 in Tee-to-Green and top 25 in Around the Green, Ball Striking, Off the Tee and Total. Augusta scoring average: 70.30
Tommy Fleetwood (+2250) – Last year’s FedExCup champion is still shooting for his first major win and now ranked No. 4 in the world. He had three T3 or better finishes to close last year on the DP World Tour, and four top 10 finishes in five PGA Tour starts since February. Tommy Boy’s putting has really held him back from winning this year ranking outside the top 120. But the 35-year-old ranks No. 2 Around the Green, No. 5 Tee to Green, No. 21 Ball Striking No. 14 SG: Total. Fleetwood’s 1.33 strokes gained per round in Signature Events and Playoff events the last two years is No. 2 on Tour behind Scheffler. Fleetwood’s best finishing score at The Masters is 278, or 6-under par in 2020 (T19). He’s since finished T14 in 2022, T21 last year and T3 (-4) in 2024. Augusta scoring average: 72.00
Cameron Young (+2250) – The 2026 Players Championship winner has risen to No. 3 in the world rankings with 11 top 10’s since missing the cut at The Masters last year. I bet him at 40/1 to win the 2026 Masters during his final round at The Players, and his odds have steadily dropped since to now nearly half those odds. The 28-year-old also finished T3 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and T7 at The Genesis with elite form and play since late February ahead of The Masters. Young has a pair of top 10 finishes at Augusta in 2023 and 2024 and his skills, driving and much improved putting set him up for success if he puts it together at Augusta. Cam Young is one of 10 players in this year’s field that enters Masters week gaining at least 18 strokes Tee-to-Green in their last four starts, joining Rahm, Aberg, Morikawa, McIlroy, Fitzpatrick, Schaffele, DeChambeau, Fleetwood and Min Woo Lee. Since 14-of-the-last 14 Masters winners fit that T2G profile over their last four starts ahead of winning the Masters, you may want to consider Young on your short list of winners like I did at better odds. He ranks top 5 Off the Tee and top 10 Tee-to-Green, Ball Striking and Total this year. Augusta scoring average: 72.92.
I bet Cam Young at 40/1 to win The Masters 2026 last month, but also have some other bets on players at longer odds and top finishing position that I’m not as high on after reviewing more like Sepp Straka and Corey Conners. Driving distance concerns are in play on the 7,565 yard par 72 at Augusta National that plays closer to 7,900 yards.
PGA Tour data analyst Ron Klos @PGASplits101 notes the following trends for winners at #TheMasters. McIlroy fit all 19 trends in winning last year. Hitting 17 of the trends into the 2026 Masters are Aberg, Schauffele, Fleetwood, and 16 Scheffler, McIlroy, Rahm, DeChambeau,… pic.twitter.com/zCosxKqbBb

Masters Betting Guide And Matchups
Read my past Masters betting guide and see I started 2021 going 12-3 on tournament matchups and then went 2-0 in the Masters. In 2024, Masters posted matchups went 2-1 with Will Zalatoris keyed and he posted his third top 10 since 2021 when he finished 2nd on debut at Augusta National. Sadly, Zalatoris won’t be in this year’s Masters as injuries have stunted his career. I chipped-in more Masters betting previews and tips in 2017, and then in 2018 had an unprecedented Masters result posting tournament matchups picks and opinions going 9-0. Last year at the 2025 Masters, we had the outright winner Rory McIlroy, and McIlroy over Scheffler as a nice underdog tournament matchup winner. Now Fairway’s Forecast has posted 11-3 tournament matchup results into the 2026 Masters including a best week of 4-0 at the Cognizant Classic.
