The Genesis Invitational 2025 Golf Betting Preview and Picks
The PGA Tour spring swing continues at Torrey Pines in San Diego with The Genesis Invitational 2025 Signature Event. I provide a betting preview for the elite 72-player event in my golf coverage in Forbes with odds, picks, props, matchups and information you can bet on.
Tiger Woods withdrew Monday as the 49-year-old host of the tournament normally at Riviera CC tried to make his 2025 debut on Tour. But 46 of the top 50 golfers in the world golf rankings tee-it-up including world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and No. 3 Rory McIlroy, who won the recent AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and cashed us a tournament matchup winner over Scheffler as well.
See my Genesis Invitaional coverage in Forbes as well for course info and strokes gained stats plus Signature Event updates for the $4 million top prize from a $20 million prize pool.

More than a decade ago I was a lead golf handicapper and analyst on a popular sports handicapping radio show out of Las Vegas whose picks were provided to a betting syndicate. I continue my golf coverage in a different format, and provide my experience and intuitive feel for the game and betting acumen to provide golf picks and chip-in added insight with information you can bet on.
This season, I’ll again shoot to add more Round 1 matchup bets. I will limit tournament matchups posted on these pages, but have more available to those bettors that chip-in and wish to correspond with me directly. You can email me at [email protected] for more picks and information you can bet on. Having been a proven performer for decades, I’ve posted picks in 2021 and 2022 on Vegas Sports Zone and tournament match-ups were 41-27.
2022 PGA Tour tournament match-up picks finished 20-12 and concluded with the TOUR Championship.
The 2021 tournament match-ups finished 21-15 following a 17-5 start January through May.
