Tour Championship 2025 Golf Odds, Preview And Picks

Just 30 PGA pros remain in the quest for the FedExCup in the PGA Tour playoff final event. The Donald Ross-designed East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta plays to 7,440 yards and Par 70, and has served as the host course of the Tour Championship playoff finale since 2004. See the 2024 course renovation video below.

The Tour removed the modified and staggered strokes-based scoring system this year, so the player posting the lowest score like a regular tournament event wins the TOUR Championship and $10 million from a record $40 million prize pool.

Additionally, all 30 players earn bonus money from the FedExCup bonus pool of $100 million.

World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler is the prohibitive favorite again after rallying to win last week’s BMW Championship playoff event. Scheffler won last year’s Tour Championship, and we cashed in as well on another tournament matchup on runner-up Collin Morikawa. Scottie Scheffler is not priced at less than 2/1 to win the Tour Championship – record low odds.

Tour Championship 2025

Key Stats And Form

I evaluate strokes gained data to assist with my research and handicapping, along with additional tools and sources below.

The past stats from players is not your guide any longer with the course restoration by Andrew Green. But strokes gained Off the Tee is a signficant stat to focus on as players strategize and take aim at the newer fairways and bermuda greens. Faster-rolling fairways and strategically placed bunkers put more strategy and placement in play for the players shooting for the pot of gold at the Tour Championship and redesign of East Lake Golf Club. This year’s course has an additional 94 yards in length.
