NFL 2026 Raiders-Rams Week 7 Preview And Picks
The Las Vegas Raiders (3-3) have lost 3-straight games despite improved play and close 3-point losses to AFC East and West top teams Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs. Now the Raiders tackle the preseason Super Bowl favorites Los Angeles Rams (2-4), who have disappointed fans and bettors while finding ways to lose. Tons of betting interest in the NFL Raiders-Rams Week 7 contest with leading online sportsbooks taking more Raiders money.
We had a recent player prop winner on Rams QB Matthew Stafford when he passed for 383 yards in a 37-34 Monday Night Football overtime loss to the Buffalo Bills. Last week we had a pair of Raiders tight end props and went 1-1 with both Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer having productive games in the 33-30 defeat to the Bills. Both Bowers and Mayer were targeted 9 times and finished with 70 and 95 receiving yards.

National Tight Ends Day
A joke started in 2018 became a motivational motto from 49ers tight end George Kittle when he embraced and popularized the phrase. The NFL adopted the phrase and made it a league-wide tradition in 2019.
Now it’s National Tight Ends Day on Sunday, Oct. 25, and we’re chipping-in more TE props. But not supporting Bowers or Mayer, as the matchup of the Raiders’ tight end centric offense going up against the Ram’s league-best tight end defense makes it a more difficult matchup.
The Rams play cover 3 just 18% of the time, which is well below the 32% league average. The Rams play Cover 4 or Cover 6 nearly 40% of the time, and Raiders QB Kirk Cousins has averaged a -0.24 EPA on 57 dropbacks against those coverages.
The Raides defense has allowed the third-most receptions to TE’s (40), and Rams TE Colby Parkinson can benefit with WR Adams out and Nacua quesionable and less than 100%.

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Los Angeles Rams
Spread: Rams (-3 or -3.5), Game total 48.5 points
Pick: None
Opinions: Over and Lean Rams
Player props: Rams TE Colby Parkinson over 2.5 receptions
The Raiders (3-3) are 5-1 ATS with identical 162 points for and against. The Raiders last four games have all gone over the total with at least 57 points scored in each contest. The Rams (2-4) are much better than their record as Los Angeles ranks No. 4 in yards per play margin and No. 3 in DAVE.
The Rams are banged up and injured as you review the Week 7 injury report. That includes WR Davante Adams (hamstring), who is out at least six more weeks following last week’s injury. Two defensive lineman were both put on IR following injuries last week. Star players WR Puca Nacua (calf) and CB Trent McDuffie (hamstring) both missed practice Friday and are questionable, so check status just ahead of the Raiders-Rams Week 7 contest. The total opinion is based on Nacua playing, and downgraded to a Lean if he’s out.
The Raiders have played a schedule of offenses that are 0.9 points per game better than average and they’ve played in scoring conditions that are the most offensive friendly in the league so far. Dr. Bob Sports adds that 5 of the Raiders 6 games have been in a dome and the game in New England had just a slight breeze and no rain. The Rams should be able to move the ball at a better than average clip against the Raiders defense, especially running as the Raiders run defense has been deficient ranking bottom-5 in the league allowing 134 yards per game at 4.9 yards per rush.
The Raiders running game has not been productive enough, averaging just 70 yards per game (bottom-3) and AFC-worst 3.0 yards per rush. Those numbers concern me in my projections, and thus I prefer the Rams side but just lean LA’s way with injuries factored into the matchup.
