I had the Packers (-3) in their Thursday night NFL 2025 Week 2 win over the Commanders, 27-18. Green Bay dominated the stats 404-230 total yards with a +2.9 yards per play advantage along with 135-51 rushing edge – which translates to a > 75% ATS situation along with 30 rushing attempts to just 19 for the Commanders.
But we’re on more underdogs Sunday including a big rushing angle favorite division home ‘Dog New York Jets vs. Buffalo.

The 7-year run of 57% ATS winners picking only NFL underdogs was part of my extended coverage at OSGA, and including a 70% season in 2021 plus a 11-1 ATS month of December in 2023.

NFL Week 2 Tips, Trends, Picks, Props and Parlays
Betting angles and results support 0-1 teams facing 1-0 teams, as the winless teams are 54-40 ATS the past 20 years. Also, when two 0-1 ATS teams play each other in Week 2, the underdog is 51-28-3 ATS (65%), per Bet Labs.
Along with the Jets a big running ‘Dog, other underdogs of interest include the Eagles in their marquee matchup and Super Bowl rematch against the Chiefs in Kansas City. Others sides to support with more research pending includes the Bears, Seahawks, Titans and potential prime time ‘Dogs Falcons and Raiders, although not enough matchup support for Las Vegas on Monday Night Football.
NFL 2025 Week 2 Totals picks of interest included ‘under’ the game total Broncos-Colts with more evaluatoin and top picks available for those that chip-in and contribute to Fairway’s Foursome and Best Bets.
