Veteran's Day is Nov. 11, and sports stadium's across the country paid tribute to our U.S. veteran's and honored them at weekend sporting events. In Las Vegas, the largest Veteran's day parade west of the Mississippi drew thousand's of fans to downtown Las Vegas. The parade was packed with tributes and featured more than 100 parade groups for the 23rd event put on by the nonprofit Veteran's Action Group.

Sports Betting a Big Draw for Monmouth Park and Haskell Day

The 49th annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) produced another record-breaking year. The 78 event poker series just concluded at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, and the 50-day poker festival recorded numerous milestones including attendance and prize pool records.
