Quarterback Tom Brady Signs With Buccaneers and Causes Biggest Shakeup in NFL Futures
The NFL free agent frenzy started with a bang as six-time Super Bowl champion QB Tom Brady signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers March 18 after a 20-year career with the New England Patriots. The Buccaneers Super Bowl odds dropped from 60-1 to over a month ago to 30-1 in places weeks ago then dropped again before settling at 16-1 at a number of sportsbooks.
The Buccaneers season win total made the biggest move going from 7.5 to 9.5 wins while the Patriots dropped from 10.5 to 8.5 at PointsBet. Sportsbooks have also adjusted NFL division odds on teams including the Indianapolis Colts, who are now the +140 favorite at PointsBet in the AFC South after signing 16-year veteran QB Philip Rivers during free agency.
