NCAA Tournament 2022 Final Four Odds and Betting Updates

The 2022 Final Four has arrived, and the bets are piling in for the Kansas vs Villanova and Duke vs North Carolina games. It’s been an exciting NCAA Tournament through the opening rounds and into the Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight.

Now it’s the Final Four, and I chipped-in some Final Four coverage with betting insights and information you can bet on in my update for Forbes. Included is some prop bets and other information in my updates for FanDuel, and betting data and information from FanDuel Sportsbooks and others.

Kansas vs Villanova

Kansas to Win and Ochai Agbaji to Score 15+ Points (+122)

Kansas got their preferred up-tempo pace in the second half against Miami and Providence, scoring 47 and 40 second-half points. The Jayhawks also scored 79 points including 40 in the second half against short-handed Creighton. Villanova will try to slow the pace and take long possessions on offense, but it won’t hold up. Kansas’ star guard Ochai Agbaji will also take advantage of Moore’s absence and Gillespie’s defensive deficiencies in a Jayhawks win. Removing the point spread and going with a Jayhawks win and Agbaji scoring, you can also take +280 odds for Agbaji to score 20 in a Kansas win.

Duke vs North Carolina

I have a betting position over 151 in the Duke/NC game, and that number has risen to 151.5 as anticipated on game day.

Alternate Total Points – Over 156.5 (+158)

We project even more scoring as both teams beat each other on the road during the regular season with Duke winning 87-67 and NC 94-81. Now in the NCAA Tournament, NC is averaging 82.5 points per game and Duke 80. In fact, each of the last six games between Duke and North Carolina has produced more than 153 points, going 6-0 over/under with an average of 172 points. You can also play over 159.5 at +220 odds.
