Evaluating NFL Week 14 Lookahead Lines And Week 13 Market Moves
Each week during the NFL season, the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas, FanDuel, PointsBet, William Hill and other selected sportsbooks release the betting lines for the following week’s games. These lines offer a glimpse at the projected betting lines up to 10 days in advance of the games. This week we provide and evaulate the Week 14 lookahead lines and some selected match-ups.
I update these NFL lookahead lines and current week market moves initially each week in the Recency Report at TheLines. I also review weekly stats and provide information you can bet on in reports and Inside the Numbers updates. I contribute sports betting industry updates at TheLines and chip-in information you can bet on. I’ll update a bit more here each week with links to other NFL team info and tools you can use for your own handicapping and betting.

WEEK 14 BETTING BREAKDOWN
Some key Week 14 games between playoff contending teams that should generate sizable betting action include:
- Pittsburgh (-2.5) at Buffalo (+2.5): Both teams will be coming off Monday Night Football games with the Steelers (11-0) looking to continue their undefeated season if they win in Week 12. Pittsburgh also has the best ATS record (8-3) in the league tied with Miami. The Steelers lead the AFC North by three games while the Bills (8-3) are holding a one game lead over the Dolphins in the AFC East and those two teams meet in Buffalo in Week 17. Tough spot for the Steelers playing their third game in 12 days.
- Kansas City (-7.5) at Miami (+7.5). The defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs (10-1) are chasing the Steelers for the AFC No. 1 playoff seed with only one team earning a bye in the new playoff format. The Dolphins (7-4) are trying to make the playoffs and still a favorite to do so (-116) at FanDuel sportsbook just one year removed from an 0-8 start to the 2019 season and considered one of the worst NFL teams in decades (see 2020 Jets).
