Week 10 Major Match-ups Includes Alabama at LSU as College Football Playoff Rankings are Released

The college football playoff selection committee will release the season’s first rankings on Oct. 30, and ESPN will reveal the rankings Tuesday night.

I reviewed the weekend results and AP rankings for the Top-10 in this article at BetAmerica.

The Week 10 major match-ups that will draw big betting action and interest at the sportsbooks, and determine first place in some of the Power 5 conferences and divisions include:

1 Alabama (-14) at #4 LSU
#6 Georgia (-10) at #11 Kentucky
#14 Penn State at #5 Michigan (-10)
#12 West Virginia at #15 Texas (-2.5)

I had a winning week 9 and success on some strong top plays on Washington State and Houston in victories, and Iowa’s close cover at Penn State with two of those featured in our BetAmerica weekly betting preview of Top-25 match-ups. . But my weekly ‘Dog log didn’t fare too well with Florida, Texas A&M and Florida State getting whacked by defensive dominator and No. 2-ranked Clemson.
