Prior to the rivalry week and conference championship games, I provided College Football Playoff 2025 quarterback ratings, stats and profiles of the top QB’s expected to be in the College Football Playoff.
Check those out in my coverage for BetOnline, along with insight, analysis and information you can bet on in the full article (link) at BOL.
I provide additional College Football Playoff schedule, odds, potential advance CFP quarterfinal matchups and lines and coverage at Off Shore Gaming Association, where our CFB rivalry week picks and opinions went 11-4 ATS and conference championship picks and opinons 5-2.
I’ve included two quarterbacks profiles below, as Fenando Mendoza of Indiana and Julian Sayin of Ohio State are the two Heisman Trophy favorites along with Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia.
Notre Dame was left out of the College Football Playoff, along with the ACC Conference Championship Game winner Duke. But Miami got in from the ACC, and their head-t0-head win over Notre Dame early in the season was a deciding factor, along with money of course. and two Group of Five teams made the field.

Here are the two Big Ten College Football Playoff 2025 quarterback profiles as part of my coverage at BetOnline.
- Julian Sayin is a redshirt freshman on the consensus No. 1 team since early season. He’s completing nearly 80% of his passes while leading the country in passer efficiency and taken just 6 sacks. He’s +135 to win the Heisman Trophy and in a dead heat with Big Ten competitor Fernando Mendoza (+135) as those two play in the Big Ten Championship Game. Sayin has a 20/2 touchdown to interception ratio against Big Ten opponents, but the Buckeyes did not face the three other top teams in the conference Oregon, Iowa and USC. Ohio State’s top defense tackles Michigan in The Big Game rivalry over Thanksgiving weekend.
- Fernando Mendoza transferred from Cal to Indiana, and the junior has continued to climb the ranks with his performances to become the current co-Heisman Trophy favorite at +135 at BetOnline. He became the first quarterback to reach 30 TD passes this season, and has 5 rushing touchdowns. The former 2 star recruit joined his redshirt freshman QB brother Alberto on the Hoosiers and has led Indiana to their first-ever 11-0 start. Indiana is on their way to a first Big Ten Championship Game appearance and second consecutive College Football Playoff berth.
