College Football Betting – National Title Longshots

Handicapping who can make the 4-team playoff

I’ve been writing and providing analysis on college football teams and national title hopefuls for the past month for various sports betting sites.  I’ve provided some links below to analysis on this year’s longshots.

While many prognosticators will focus on the favorites, there are plenty of national title longshots worth consideration to make this year’s playoffs.  Note that Auburn was 0-8 in the SEC in 2012 and getting no betting interest or headlines prior to last season.  The Tigers then produced one of the greatest turnarounds in college football history on their way to the national championship game.

So who are this year’s sleepers and longshots to make headlines as the season progresses in the pursuit of a playoff position?  Here are some preseason thoughts and insight as I evaluated some of the teams of interest.
