NCAA Football Week 11 Top 25 Picks

See OSGA for picks and opinions plus analysis. One Big Ten matchup below.

Indiana at Penn State – Pick: Penn State

I had this as a top pick early week and Playbook Sports notes that undefeated college football road favorites from Game 10 forward are 24-48-1 ATS since 1990 including a bankroll-busting 6-24 ATS as a double-digit favorite when facing a team that allows 23 or fewer points per game. The pressure continues to mount on these teams, and Indiana (9-0 / 6-0) is sitting pretty on top of the Big Ten with Ohio State and sporting a strong, balanced offense and top defense. But the Hoosiers have never been in such rarified air, and just achieved their highest-ever College Football Playoff ranking. No teams power rating has risen more than Indiana this season, and Penn State (3-5 / 0-5) has seen their power rating fall the furthest. The Nittany Lions lost their starting quarterback and fired head coach Franklin a few weeks ago, and Penn State has failed against the spread (1-7) by more than 80 points while Indiana has buried their opponents by more than 130 points to the spread. Penn State would have been more than a 10 point favorite in this matchup at the start of the season making this one of the biggest point spread adjustments you will see.

BYU at Texas Tech Opinion: Texas Tech

Texas A&M at MissouriOpinion: Missouri

Oregon at Iowa Opinion: Iowa

Non-Top 25

San Diego State at Hawaii – Pick: Hawaii
