Fairway’s Football Forecast – NFL Week 13 Underdog Picks And Preview
Following a 2-0 result on our Week 12 underdog picks over Thanksgiving, we pass on Week 13 NFL underdog picks for the first time this season. Feeling a little stuffed, fat and happy with our 21-8 ATS ‘Dog log this season, which includes 16 outright underdog winners. I don’t see much of interest this week, but you can read some of my game analysis on selected games in my Week 13 underdog report at Offshore Gaming Association.
I add more Week 13 coverage from a betting perspective in my NFL update for Forbes. That includes odds and analysis on select games including key games on Sunday Night between the Broncos and Chiefs, and Monday Night Football’s biggest game of the week in Buffalo between the Bills and Patriots. Comments from FanDuel Sportsbook Director or Trading John Sheeran will add additional insight into where the betting activity is going on some of the games this week.

Bets made.
- Chargers and Bengals over the total – shootout is expected
- WFT and Raiders under the total
Player Prop: Chargers RB Austin Ekeler is likely in for a big game with short screens and more receiving yards and total yards. His receiving yards prop is 42.5 and receptions 4.5, and rushing yards prop is 51.5 at DraftKings Sportsbook. Ekeler’s rushing/receiving total yards is 98.5. Those prop numbers can have greater fluctuation as you compare at leading online sportsbooks.
The five year record posting underdog picks only on these pages is now 123-87 ATS (58.6%) with 64 outright underdog winners.
Weekend news updates causing some market and line changes include Eagles QB Jalen Hurts being ruled out with a sore ankle and Gardner Minshew now starting at quarterback. The Eagles line moved from -7 to a 5.5 point road favorite against the New York Jets.
The Dolphins are up from -3.5 to -6.5 at home against the Giants with New York QB Daniel Jones also ruled out with a neck strain and Mike Glennon starting at quarterback.
Cardinals QB Kyler Murray is a game-time decision at Chicago against the Bears He’s missed the last three games with a ankle injury, but the Cardinals (9-2) have maintained the best record in the NFL.
Plenty more coverage and information you can bet on in my updates.
Back for Week 14 as we look to improve on our 21-8 ATS (72.4%) mark on 2021 NFL underdog picks.
