Evaluating NFL Week 4 Lookahead Lines And Week 3 Market Moves

Each week during the NFL season, the Westgate SuperBook in Las Vegas, FanDuel, PointsBet, William Hill and other selected sportsbooks release the betting lines for the following week’s games. These lines offer a glimpse at the projected betting lines up to 10 days in advance of the games. This week we provide and evaulate the Week 4 lookahead lines.

These ‘NFL Lookahead Lines’ or advance lines can be useful in not only projecting ahead to next week’s games and lines, but also to keep you from over-reacting to one game or the upcoming games results. That includes teams that had inspiring or high-scoring wins like the Seattle Seahawks (-4.5) on prime time Sunday Night Football in a thrilling game and last second defensive stand win over the New England Patriots, 35-30. That game had millions and millions of dollars resting on the the final play that saw Seattle’s defense stuff Patriots QB Cam Newton inside the two yard line with the game and pointspread in the balance. Seattle now plays the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3 and one of the most bet games of the week that features additional huge prime time games between the Saints and Packers on Sunday Night Football followed by the Ravens and Chiefs on Monday Night Football.
