3M Open 2026 Golf Betting Preview And Picks

The eighth edition of the 3M Open 2026 tees off at TPC Twin Cities with 8 of the top 50 and 36 of the top 100 golfers in the world rankings in the 144 player field this week. The 3M Open follows last week’s Open Championship, where we picked and bet longshot winner Ryan Fox (175/1) with unique bets to payoff at 400/1 odds. Our key player, pick and most bet Tommy Fleetwood finished T4 to cash in top finishing position bets, and matchups. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler also finished T4 at The Open Championship, and he headlines this week’s field as the prohibitive favorite at the 3M Open 2026 tournament.

We’ve made more birdies on our 3M open bets in recent years including last year’s outrigh winner Kurt Kitayama. I’ve chipped in picks and props below along with a Round 1 pick and finishing position prop. Passing on tournament matchups this week, and those are 23-13 this year on our PGA Tour matchup picks.

More strokes gained golf stats explained, noting bigger hitters have had more success since the remodel of TPC Twin Cities. Scottie Scheffler played the pro-am this week with NFL Minnesota Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell. Scheffler commented on the ‘Minnesota Nice’ he’s noticed being at the tournament and in the Minneapolis area, along with the course and conversation with O’Connell.

While I do bet outrights, finish position and more match-ups, I don’t always bet every player in my picks. But I do bet others that may be after I post and dig into more stats and other performance indicators and players. It may be due to low odds, adjusted odds and I missed best number, or just trying to find other options in finishing position, match-ups and props. As I’m able to dig deeper and research and handicap more, I add others, including match-ups. Time constraints factor in, along with odds and value, which you should always be shooting for in your pursuit of profit, fairways and greens.

Kitayama (1st), Stevens (2nd), Knapp (T3), Mouw (T7) and Meissner (T14) all had success at last year’s 3M Open.

Since going 1-1 in tournament matchups on two underdogs at The U.S. Open, our weekly PGA Tournament picks went 1-0 at both the Travelers Championship and John Deere Classic , and then 0-1 at The Open Championship with top player profiles, but had the outright winner Ryan Fox (175/1) bet at 400/1, and also top finishing position winners on Tommy Fleetwood (T4). Tournament matchups are now 23-13 YTD, including 11-10 in all Majors and Signature Events posted at Off Shore Gaming Association in addition to Vegas Sports Zone. Additional props went 4-1 in both the Travelers and John Deere tournaments recently.
