Ravens, Chiefs And 49ers Are Super Bowl Favorites Into Divisional Round Playoffs

My recent article and update on Super Bowl futures at osga.com offers some insight into betting Super Bowl futures and information you an bet on.

I also add Super Bowl futures odds from William Hill sportsbooks here, along with the teams taking the most Super Bowl bets and money.

The Ravens, Chiefs and 49ers are the favorites heading into the divisional round with eight teams remaining in the NFL playoffs.

Baltimore Ravens (9/5)
San Francisco 49ers (3/1)
Kansas City Chiefs (13/4)

The Chiefs are taking the highest percentage of bets (20%) and highest percentage of money (26%) to win the Super Bowl at William Hill sportsbooks – America’s largest bookmaker.

In the rest of my article at Offshore Gaming Association, I offer other ways to make futures bets on the Super Bowl including on the San Francisco 49ers.

Other ways to bet the favorites would be to take the most likely conference winne San Francisco 49ers to win the NFC at -110 prior to this week’s game against the Vikings. You’re laying $110 to win $100 at BookMaker that the 49ers will win two games. That’s a more prudent play, as is shopping andbetting the best line of 49ers +100 to win the NFC at Sportsbetting.ag.The price will continue to rise on the 49ers to win the NFC. San Francisco is a 7-point favorite this week (-310 moneyline) and will be at least a 6 point favorite over the Packers and closer to double-digits if the 49ers win this week and host the Seahawks for the NFC Championship game. C at Sportsbetting.ag.The price will continue to rise on the 49ers to win the NFC. Of course legal sportsbooks including William Hill offer these types of props and futures bets in the 49ers, and you can shop best prices at various Las Vegas sportsbooks and others like FanDuel and DraftKings which you can check out in other articles featured at TheLines, with NFL divisional round previews.

I offer more insight on the Vikings – 49ers contest in the osga article and podcast at TheLines, along with some key match-ups to watch and insight from Pro Football Focus.

Pro Football Focus’ key match-up to watch in the 49ers – Vikings game is the Vikings wide receivers against the 49er’s secondary and top-ranked pass defense allowing just 169 passing yards per game this season. Minnesota’s pass rush and defensive front will be key in this prognosticators view as well as they were the difference in last week’s win over the Saints pressuring QB Drew Brees and limiting the Saints offense to 54 plays. The 49er’s are also working with a backup center against the Vikings strength along the defensive front seven. Still, San Francisco holdstatistical and situational edges, and the Vikings will need some impact special teams plays, turnovers and key conversions on offense to pull

More info from Pro Football Focus, and read more at osga.com.

Pro Football Focus also rates each teams’ chances of winning the Super Bowl. The favorites are the Ravens (25.5%), Chiefs (22.3%) and 49ers (15.9%) and Packers (13.2%).
