NFL Playoffs: Divisional Round Betting And Market Report

Eight teams remain in the NFL Playoffs Divisional Round with the Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers the top seeds and favorites to reach this year’s Super Bowl.

I updated a divisional round market report at TheLines with betting activity and data from leading online sportsbooks like FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, PointsBet and William Hill.

“We have four fantastic matchups in the Divisional Playoffs this year,” BetMGM VP of Trading Jason Scott told TheLines. “The public is on the favorites but sharp bettors are wagering on the Ravens and Rams spreads.”

NFL PlayoffsLast week I chipped in a Wild Card report with some betting tips and prop bets to consider including player props on the Bills vs Colts match-up.

This week, FanDuel Sportsbook asked me to provide some player prop bets for TheDuel on Packers QB Aaron Rodgers as Green Bay (-6.5) tackles the LA Rams at Lambeau Field to kick off the divisional round on Saturday, Jan. 16.

I also chipped in player props on Bills QB Josh Allen with Buffalo (-3) hosting the Baltimore Ravens.

I added another player prop bet article at TheDuel on the Kansas City Chiefs (-10) vs. Cleveland Browns match-up with RB Kareem Hunt and QB Patrick Mahomes.

Prop bettors note that the numbers and prop odds move quickly and bookmakers adjust more swiftly than the side and total market.

I played UNDER the total in the two Saturday games and like the Chiefs vs Browns game OVER as a top play despite the high total. In at 55 and now up to 57.

Be sure to watch the weather and especially in Green Bay and Buffalo with the totals adjusting downward.
